Again the disc was an OEM dealer replacement disc that RPS does not use any more and have not since the first time one was known to have failed. The disc appears to be good quality....RPS has no way of knowing that any would fail. As soon as one did they found something stronger to go with there pressure plate. RPS agree's with you that the spring retainer should not break and went to another disc the first they heard of it happening. RPS did not make a bad product , but they did sell you something to go with there product that turned out not to be as strong as they thought. RPS has stood behind everything they sell and corrected problems when ever something has happened. Other manufacturers RPS is dealing with and others I have dealt with in the past of said it is a racing application and there is not any warrenty. You bought the clutch from me and you never told me you had any problems..... I will gladly refund you the cost to replace your disc with what ever you want to install in your car. : The point is Greg, that the spring should not have broken, yeah the clutch worked fine after leaving me on the side of the road a couple times with a shit slave cylinder-then having the car down for weeks waiting for a replacement. :You'll notice in my posts that most of my raving is about you and the excellent service you provided me. This is not about you, it's about a defective product that I would'nt even reccommend to a honda own er.
